Refund and Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth experience for all participants, please review our refund and cancellation policy for the EFT Therapist Breakthrough Retreat (September 10–17, 2025):

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. This deposit confirms your reservation and is non-refundable due to the limited availability of spots (only 8 participants).

• Cancellations Before August 1, 2025: If you cancel your booking on or before August 1, 2025, you may transfer your deposit to another SolMontanaRetreats event within 12 months, subject to availability. 

 

Alternatively, you may transfer your booking to another participant, pending approval by SolMontanaRetreats. Any balance payments made (beyond the deposit) are fully refundable, minus a £50 administrative fee.

• Cancellations After August 1, 2025: Cancellations made after August 1, 2025, are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your full booking (deposit and balance) to another participant, subject to approval by SolMontanaRetreats, provided notification is received by August 15, 2025.

• No-Show or Early Departure: No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows or participants who leave the retreat early.

• Retreat Cancellation: In the unlikely event that SolMontanaRetreats cancels the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure, insufficient bookings), all payments (including deposits) will be fully refunded within 14 days. We are not responsible for additional costs incurred, such as flights or travel expenses.

• How to Cancel: To cancel or transfer your booking, please email SolMontanaRetreats@gmail.com with your full name, booking details, and cancellation request. Cancellations are effective upon receipt of written confirmation from us.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may prevent your attendance.
