BIOG

I am a Chartered Physiotherapist specialiaing in Musculosketal physiotherapy. I am also Clinical Pilates teacher and a Sports Massage Therapist. I am also qualified in Western acupuncture and have more recently trained as a Cancer Rehab Therapist.

I graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University in 2007 to practise as a Chartered Physiotherapist, initially working in the NHS in hospital and community settings before specialising in 2011 in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, treating teenagers and adults for a wide range of conditions. I have been working in the private sector for 15 years combining my skills to provide individually tailored effective treatments.

On a personal level, I enjoy being outdoors and active with a particular love of trail running. I also enjoy cycling, yoga and travelling, but best of all spending time with my family and friends and walking my dog.

I have a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy. I am a member of HCPC, CSP and AACP and an associate practitioner for Arthritis Action.

Prices include airport transfers from Malaga airport, beautiful accommodation with stunning

views, terraces and pools, breakfast and lunch, 3 sessions of teaching per day.

There will be free time to explore or relax by the pool.

There are a good number of inexpensive restaurants in the town or may want to choose to

make your own evening meal and soak up the views,

1. Moving for Your Mind Retreat- Thursday 5th June to Monday 9th June

A 4 day retreat looking at how different forms of exercise and movement can boost your

confidence, happiness and sense of well being.

2. Pure Pilates- Thursday 12th June to Monday 16th June

A 4 day retreat of Clinical Pilates focussing on posture, flexibility, core strength and good

movement patterns

Structure of your day:

Arrive Thursday to settle in and take part in an early evening pilates session.

Dinner together at a local restaurant (not included in the price)

Each morning a 7.30 - 8am awakening class

Breakfast served between 8.30 amd 9.30am

10- 11am teaching session

Lunch served at 1pm

Afternoon free time

Final session of the day at 6-7pm
